Twiva in partnership with the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) and supported by the Challenge Fund for Youth Employment (CFYE), proudly introduced the Twende Digital Program in the last quarter of 2023. This initiative is geared towards digitalizing businesses and fostering sales conversations through Twiva’s social commerce platform. Notably, the program aims to generate employment opportunities for over 2000 youth, with a specific focus on individuals under 35 years old, and a prominent emphasis on engaging women.

The program’s primary objective is to assist businesses in bridging the digital divide, empowering them to leverage influencer marketing, content creation, and social commerce for enhanced sales conversions.
Benefits for Participating Businesses:
- Access to Influencer Marketing Services: SMEs enrolled in the program will benefit from influencer marketing campaigns worth over Kes 100,000. We will activate specific influencers to promote their products and services across various social media platforms at no extra cost.
- Free Content Production Credits worth kes 200,000: Our technical support through Twiva Studios ensures that SMEs receive high-quality content production services, including short-form videos, product photography, and testimonials at zero cost.
- Social Commerce: Through our AI-powered social commerce platform, we facilitate SMEs in listing and marketing their products through influencers and resellers, who promote and sell their products on their behalf.
- Logistics & Fulfillment: We connect SMEs with reliable third-party logistics and fulfillment partners, streamlining the shipping process and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Coaching and Mentorship: Each SME is paired with a dedicated coach for personalized 1-on-1 sessions, guiding them through the program, addressing pain points, and fostering overall business growth.
